CBR Gold Corp. has acquired 85% of the land position along the Committee Bay Greenstone Belt located northeast of Baker Lake, Nunavut, Canada.  The Committee Bay Property currently comprises approximately 569,000 acres (230,000ha) of mineral claims and leases.

The Committee Bay project area hosts one of the largest and least explored greenstone belts in Canada which is geologically comparable to the great Canadian gold producing greenstone belts of Red Lake, Timmins and Kirkland Lake, as well as the other emerging Nunavut greenstone belts that host the Meadowbank Mine, Meliadine and Hope Bay advanced gold projects.

• Advanced stage exploration with a 43-101 compliant gold resource estimate:
  • Indicated Resource: 2,700,000 t at 5.85 g/t  Au for 508,000 oz Au

2008 Greenstone Belt Exploration Program

• Intercepted 23.53 g/t Au over 13.59 metres in hole 08TB077 to extend the known strike length of Three Bluffs mineralized trend by over 500 metres to the west. (See CBG news release dated September 30, 2008)
• Mapping and sampling at Castle Rock target identified large scale gold target
• Till sampling outlined new gold in till anomaly north of Ghost target
• Surface prospecting returned high grade grab samples in Kinng Au area  (>10gAu/t)
• 416 metres in 3 holes completed at Bluff 7 target with best intercept of 4.00 g/t Au over 3.60 metres

2007 Greenstone Belt Exploration Program

• C$5 million exploration budget for +5,000m of infill drilling at Three Bluffs Deposit to expand and upgrade existing Inferred Resource of 1.9 million tonnes at 8.0 g/t for 487,000 ounces of gold (See CBG press release – November 29, 2004)
• Successfully expanded the resource base of the Three Bluffs Deposit*  and discovered new high grade mineralization at the Inuk Prospect (See CBG press release dated September 5, 2007)
• Confirmed the continuity of the grades and widths of the Three Bluffs Deposit and step-out drilling identified potential for additional high grade structures on the limbs within the Three Bluffs fold
• Based on the 2005 and 2007 drill programs, the Company successfully upgraded the Three Bluffs Gold Resource to 468,400 Indicated ounces (2,451,000 tonnes @ 5.94 g/t Au) and 230,900 Inferred ounces (1,344,000 tonnes @ 5.34 g/t Au). *(See CBG press release dated March 13, 2008)

2006 Greenstone Belt Exploration Program

• C$3 million exploration budget for approximately 3,500m of drilling
• Drilling included results from the following targets:
  • Anuri  (3.75 g/t over 10.21m including 5.14 g/t over 3.12m – See CBG press release – October 12, 2006)
  • West Plains (13.14 g/t over 8.0m – See CBG press release – August 8, 2006)
• Drilling at Anuri identified gold over 400m strike length and extended high grade gold for over 200m along strike and 80m at depth

2005 Greenstone Belt Exploration Program
